Villa Iviskos

Villa Iviskos is set on the outskirts of Polemi Village (Tulip Village) equally distanced between Paphos & Polis.
Built on a small complex of 9 dwellings with stunning views looking out towards the Troodos Mountains.

Villa Iviskos is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow that sleeps up to 6 people (2 double / 1 twin)
with fantastic views from the veranda.

Designed and fully furnished throughout with a high spec for our own comfort, not as a holiday let.

Outside there is a covered veranda to get out of the midday sun and
on the north side there is a carport with a 3 burner Outback bar-b-que.

The garden is on 4 levels with private pool area on the 3rd level.
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m with a depth of .5m sloping to 1.5mts at it's deepest.
There are 6 sun loungers and 2 large parasols.
A pool cover is used to heat the water and also to cut down on evaporation.
The pool is chlorine negative and is maintained weekly by a private contractor.

The bungalow is fully air-conditioned with fly screens throughout.
Electric is 240 volts as in England.
Water is drinkable from the drinking tap.
